Work-related stress is a major problem and the biggest cause of sickness in the UK. In the last 10 years sick days lost to stress, depression and anxiety have increased by 24%
We spend an ever-increasing amount of time at work and yet we are the least happy. This is even more true since the Covid pandemic, recent societal pressures and the changing world of hybrid and flexible working.

So, what action can be taken to help employees both in work and life?
