Emma combines an extensive background in the travel sector with an earlier career in recruitment. With strong business acumen, analytical skills and both a practical and creative approach to problem solving she is used to managing projects and delivering on both client and customer needs; internal and external stakeholder management across multiple and diverse projects.

As a Manager, she has been used to hiring, developing and training successful teams. As a Business Owner, she is driven and experienced in achieving results, driving growth, cost cutting and meeting deadlines.

Emma has worked for large corporate businesses and privately-owned SME’s.

Customer experience has been at the heart of her career. As part of our growing Associate Team Emma covers roles mainly in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Forest Row, East Grinstead, Crawley and Gatwick.
